Develop greater self-trust by also preparing mentally and emotionally for unexpected situations. Combat training makes your WingChun techniques more fluid, decisive and spontaneous. You face attacks that come from any direction while in standing, falling, kneeling or lying positions. These include rapid responses against various kicks, throws, holds and locks. Efficacy in Combat is evaluated during Pre-Testing for the 9th Student Grade and above, but you may begin sooner to hone this proficiency. Prerequisite: None, open to all Levels Note: Knee, elbow and groin protection is advised
