is a simple, powerful complement to WingChun.
Coordinate footwork patterns and arm movements to gain keen vision of optimal angles for attack and defense. Through dynamic exercises that directly lead to combat functionality, you will build explosive speed, extensive balance and expansive power.
In order not to miss this important modality of Self-Defense, incorporate the
IAW Escrima system
into your studies. To develop into a comprehensive warrior, capability with weapons is crucial.
